1. What are your candles made of?
At Velletri Artisan Works, we use 100% soy wax in all of our candles. Soy wax is eco-friendly, renewable, and burns cleaner than traditional paraffin wax. We also use cotton wicks and natural fragrances to create a clean, sustainable burn for your enjoyment.


2. How long will my candle burn?
The burn time of our candles depends on the size and type of candle you purchase. On average:

  • 8 oz candles: 40-50 hours 

    To get the most out of your candle, remember to trim the wick before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the top on the first burn.


3. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We believe in ethical craftsmanship. Our candles are 100% cruelty-free—no animals were harmed in the making of our products. We are committed to sustainability and ethical practices in every step of our process.


4. How do I care for my candles?
To extend the life of your candle, follow these simple tips:

  • Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive flickering and soot.

  • Burn your candle for at least 1-2 hours each time to ensure an even melt across the top.

  • Keep the candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and drafts.


5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional charge. If you're sending a candle as a gift, please check the gift wrapping option during checkout. We’ll make sure your gift arrives beautifully packaged and ready to impress.


6. Can I customize my candle order?
Currently, we don’t offer full customization for candle scents or sizes. However, we do offer special seasonal and limited-edition collections. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new releases and exclusive offerings.

7. Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to select countries within United States. If you're outside of these areas and are interested in our products, please reach out to us, and we may be able to assist with alternative shipping options.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website.


9. Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


10. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. If you are interested in purchasing our candles for retail, events, or special occasions, please contact us for more details and pricing.
